Now, based on new research conducted with leaders, change makers and culture shifters, she’s showing us how to put those ideas into practice so we can step up and lead. Leadership is not about titles, status and power over people. Leaders are people who hold themselves accountable for recognising the potential in people and ideas and developing that potential. Good ideas for changing those big problems
The book provides good and sensible advice to change bad habits in personal health, relationships and at work. The authors have carefully studied people who had succeeded in changing and extracted the important steps that you need to take heed of in order to change. Most of the examples were quite extreme but the methodologies apply broadly. My problems all seem too subtle to apply their methods though and I wonder if those with serious problems would have the patience to listen to enough of the book to be able to apply the ideas. Useful for life coaches perhaps?

Good framework
it is a good framework change some of your behaviours or at least be aware of them. the only drawback is that the website is promoted far more than necessary and at times feels like an advert.
