I had to skip through so many sex scenes holy dooley. But if that’s what ur after then this is the book for you!!! :)

I’d say a little triggering for anyone with DV, but relatable and empowering aswell.

not sure what made this such a romantic listen for me - some phrases, the storyline, the narration...some lovely combination of all three. can't say I would listen to it again soon, which I do with the more witty dialogue ones, but I can see myself listening to again 8n a year or so. Chris B does my head in as a narrator, just a great pace and cadence, and no over acting. I thought tge female narrator was perfect for the character. no over complicated drama, and the young women are great - most humour cones from their dialogue.
