Act untrustworthy, not a problem... Until caught

Our hero is making great strides in his pursuit of video game stardom. Unfortunately he isn't in a video game. But so far that hasn't given any trouble.

truths are told but is anybody listening?

as we have seen in the first book They're not in Kansas anymore this is a marvelous progression showing the tensions conflicts that arise when when someone is put into a situation of not being able to realize the difference between gameplay and reality and what that would happen if you were an artificial intelligence and how you would deal with balancing emergence with programming and duty to your client

Bad performance

While I really liked the story, the performance wasn’t that good. Sometimes he goes quiet like he gets further away from the mic he speaks in. Other times, sometimes not really noticeable but it seems like he hesitates reading some words.

Nearly 1/3 of the book is useless

(spoiler)!

Right after Joe falls asleep the story just goes down the drain for 10 chapter..
pretty much all revolving around spooky and some whiny drivel that could be summarized in one or two chapters.
Would consider reading the rest but after listening to either useless information or REALLY BORING character development
I can't stomach anymore. This one was a YIKES for me..

Okay but not as good as the first

This was a fair story but with our main character out of the picture for a good portion of the book it felt like nothing more than filler. Our secondary main character is ... well terribly written. You feel little compassion for the character her difficulties feel forced and every moment she is written about it's like finger on a chalk board and I can hope she gets killed for the betterment of the story. I'll buy book three in the hopes the author will deal with our main character and maybe a rock will fall on the other.

Infuriating

Why would someone with that much worldly experience give so much power to an AI that he has know for an hour and had already demonstrated tendencies toward being manipulative and controlling?

Spooky is the problem

I am so sick of spooky calling him dumb and then not explaining anything to him. I am so done with her bitc#y attitude. She dose nothing to help the mc she only cares about herself.

seemed very short

it follows a litrpg typical format but just as I actually got a little interested it starts narrative of epilogue and then drones on through book annex and bibliography YAWN.
