About this listen
The Builder's Formula:
In order for builders to build their assignment, it will require them to understand two major components:
- Agreement
- Alignment
Agreement means one has consent to be moved by influence. Alignment indicates one is giving consent to be moved by instruction.
Remember the formula? Agreement + alignment = victory.
According to the builder's formula, the agreement must come first. You can not move with something or someone until you have been influenced by them and you are no in agreement.
Agreement gets things sealed. Alignment gets things moving.
The power of agreement is to affirm establishment. The process of alignment is to validate agreements.
