An incredible insight to a larger than life ... life. It starts off with an unknown attempted overdose that only occurred recently... who would have known?! The narration was absolutely spot on and a story that will hit you in many different ways.

This book was a fascinating listen. At times the story did jump around, but was ok to follow. I empathise with what Melanie had to endure in her relationships and can't imagine myself having that much resilience if I was in the same situations.

I was torn between wanting to keep listening to wanting it to end. What an incredibly strong and brave woman to live through all that and then to bare all and have it put into a book.
