An incredible insight to a larger than life ... life. It starts off with an unknown attempted overdose that only occurred recently... who would have known?! The narration was absolutely spot on and a story that will hit you in many different ways.

This book was a fascinating listen. At times the story did jump around, but was ok to follow. I empathise with what Melanie had to endure in her relationships and can't imagine myself having that much resilience if I was in the same situations.

I was torn between wanting to keep listening to wanting it to end. What an incredibly strong and brave woman to live through all that and then to bare all and have it put into a book.

Hope it teaches others how to be strong in dire times to help others and shed the light on abuse. No matter your social status it can happen to anyone. Signs and symptoms to take note off. Contagious woman - Girl Power is Mel B.

This book was well researched and the author and narrator really "got" Melanie. Such a tale of strength and clawing your way back from some of the most shocking treatment. A sad reminder that abusive relationships can happen to anyone, anywhere - but there are also laughs and fun despite the toughest times. Absolutely brilliant audiobook!

Having literally been lucky enough to grow up with the brilliant Spice Girls and be touched by the talent of Melanie Brown since I was a child, this book is one I’ve been very much looking forward to reading for quite a while and it was worth the wait as it is not only a great read that is very well written but only full of an extremely inspiring story of an incredibly brave woman with a big heart, undeniable pragmatism and a resilience that exudes from her every pore that comes highly recommended to anyone who has a desire to learn about their fellow human beings particularly those with a huge blueprint in the entertainment business like Mel B as it is a wild ride of a rich journey with countless important lessons within it. Excellent. 👍🏼👍🏼 #fivestars

So many live in the darkness of shame.
I was one of those. Married to a narcisstic, gas lighter that tried to convince me I was crazy and all the affairs were my fault. I can resonate with themes of sex, drugs and rock n roll.

the narrator for Melanie was spot on. the book is exactly what it's says in the title .. BRUTALLY honest. I'd recommend this to EVERY woman . i was in a similar situation.. im now free .
