Oooh my was this spicy! Check those triggers this book is not for everyone but it was deliciously dark and taboo and I really enjoyed it.

I put off reading this book as I thought I would struggle with the concept of the MMC not being married to the FMC but someone else. I finally took the plunge and was pleasantly surprised by the way the story was written and the connection between Mia and Laz.

The story kept me interested and turning the pages.

I read on Kindle and read along on Audible. The voice actors did a great job and enhanced the characters well.

I put this book off, but I'm glad I took a chance

My only issue was Laz was Mia’s stepdad wasn’t sure I could was going to get past that, but I did and it was worth listening to.

This was a wild ride, Mia and her stepfather who then becomes her husband, it was such a good book can’t wait to read the next in the series.

I didn't love this book or hate it. The story was just bland and predictable.

The H was extremely immature and had the ability of a toddler to predict obvious consequences. The h was the usual complete pushover.
