The shared narration was remarkably well done and both narrators had very soothing voices. The storyline was skilfully balanced in a way that never made you feel that there was too much tension or drama to fully enjoy the story progression. The characters were flawed and yet very likeable and the world building was such that you were sucked right in,
Although the core issues of the novel weren’t resolved by its conclusion, there was still a feeling of lightness and a sense of resolution that felt very satisfying.
