Publisher's Summary

What if every fantasy you wrote about your boss came true?

Sebastian Blackwell isn't only the sexiest man I've ever met.

He's also my boss. The way our every interaction is laced with sexual energy makes my already difficult job that much harder.

He turns me on so much, I constantly fantasize about him. To the point where I find myself writing at work about what would happen if we had an affair.

It's not a big deal, I swear. This is meant to stay at the purely fantasy level.

Until he finds it.

The cocky bastard sees every word I wrote.

He keeps calling me into his office. Toying with me.

Every single fantasy I write about in my book...Sebastian makes come true.

This is supposed to be a purely "with benefits" situation.

But this story has an ending even I didn't see coming.

so this is a book

This isn't new but that male narrator😅
it felt like he was talking about two dolls in his doll house and even the sexy scenes were kinda cringy.

Love the book, but not so much the audio version.

I love Mickey Miller's books. The only reason I gave the story a 4 star was for the audiobook version. The woman's voice was good, But I could not stand the way the male narrator did his voice. The book version gets a 5 star. Unfortunately, I am not sure I will get the other audiobooks in this series if the male narrator is going to do the same twangy voice.

Male narrator sucks....couldn't get into his voice

His Irky voice turned me OFFFFFFFFF. That fake southern twang was so over the top. His voice reminded me of a 55 old man ...not a 30 year old.

Male Voice Awful

The male voice is bad. Voice sounds like an older man. Could finish the book.

Cat fight

I enjoyed the story but it was completely ruined by the horrible representation of a southern accent...

Could not tolerate male voice, poor acting

Can’t stand the male performer. Just listening to that cocky arrogant tone made me stop listening and go it other chapters to see if he improved. He did not so I am out

Please re-record

The story might be good, but I can’t really tell because the narrators ruined it for me. I liked Ten Night Stand by this same author, so it probably could be.

Old Man. Eeeyyywww

I’m sorry. I cannot go through with this. The male narrator sounds too old for the character. I just can’t get into the story with this voice. And the way he does the female voice makes the character sound like a brainless hoe. Sorry.

I’ll read this one

I couldn’t get past the first chapter of the audiobook. Very disappointed with the male narrator. The twang was cringeworthy and he made the character sound like an old man. The female narrator was fine. I enjoy Mickey Miller books so the ebook is the way to go with this one

Boss with benefits

I wanted to like this book, I really did. I know the effort that goes into writing. This book seemed cheesy, and not relatable; at least for me.
I’ve heard Shannon Gunn before and I know he growls, and kind of yells, or get over enthusiastic but he kind of creeped me out on this book. Holly Warren was good, I liked her narration.

4* contemporary boss and employee romance

A steamy boss and employee romance. Brett and Sebastian made for a really likeable, interesting and exciting couple. This book moves along at a great pace, there is cracking chemistry, excellent dialogue, some hot moments, and an intriguing plot. I listened to this on audible and really enjoyed the narration. A definite recommend from me for contemporary romance lovers.
