For families involved in body image problems the book is very informative and helps you understand more of how to help and deal with the issue.

Beneficial read

This book is not a magical pill, but gives you the knowledge to understand body image issues and BDD, which helps you rationalise your thoughts. It also gives you the tools to work on a healthier relationship with yourself, and let’s you know you’re not alone.
