Lotte möchte nun alles für den Erfolg "ihres" Persil tun. In der fasziniereneden Welt der Reklame erhält sie die Chance, bei der Schaffung einer Werbe-Ikone dabei zu sein: der weißen Dame. Dafür muss sie mit einem Künstler arbeiten, der für Furore sorgt - und Lottes Leben durcheinanderwirbelt.
