this story is told by a number of different narrators but as these are not introduced by the 'reader' it can be difficult to keep track of who is saying or doing what. I assume that in the printed version of the book changes of narrator are indicated in some way, such as paragraph breaks.

Took a while for any flow with the story, at first seemed to jump without any apparent cohesion, but came good and was worth persisting

Loved the story and the narrators voice but hated how the narrator did not change her voice for each of the key female characters or alternatively introduce whose POV was being used.
