Another wonderful Dickens story with many themes undergirding a delightful plot. A few dialogue exchanges with secondary characters became lengthy late in the story but overall a beautiful novel and well worth the commitment.

Wonderful story magnificently delivered by both narrators

Would you consider the audio edition of Bleak House to be better than the print version?

Ridiculous question

What about Sean Barrett and Teresa Gallagher ’s performance did you like?

Everything

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

35 hours - are you serious?

Any additional comments?

I'm only 5 hours in, but already I'm completely hooked. Sean Barrett and Teresa Gallagher are the perfect readers, exactly the right timbre of voice, excellent at differentiating the characters, and leading you so well through some of Dickens's more florid passages that you never lose the thread. I'm listening on my new Bose noise-cancelling headphones, so there are not outside distractions, and I'm completely lost in it.

Absolutely superb

This is one of my favourite Dickens stories. More than once I thought how ahead of the times he was. His characters were so rich and real. Both readers did so much to enhance this experience for me. Sean Barrett got me through the dry bits - of course there are some heavy descriptions- it is Dickens after all! All in all - excellent! Highly recommend!
