About this listen

Top 100 international Amazon best seller

Issa Dubova is the queen of cloudy diamonds: a Bratva princess.

My reluctant new wife.

A pretty bargain in exchange for the names of the men who killed my father.

I'm a black suit of spades: determined to bury both her and my demons.

I never asked to see the shape of her heart.

I never asked for her to fill the blank spaces of mine.

But the mafia wants her secrets.

I'm not the first she betrayed.

And Issa? Sweet, not-so-innocent Issa?

She's now a debt no sinner can pay.

Black Skies Riviera is a heart-stopping arranged marriage mafia romance set on the French Riviera with NO cliff-hanger and a guaranteed HEA. For mature listeners only.

Interesting enough to see this through to the end.... got a bit lost in the sexual encounters but the overall theme and plot was good. What made this so difficult was the narration and some of the attempted accents were terrible and had me having to stop listening for a while and re-group.

Interesting enough...

I really enjoyed this book - I"m loving Catherine Wiltchers writings. The Santiago Trilogy was fantastic. What spoiled this one for me was only the narration. I felt the accents where swapping back and forth, it gets rather annoying. Female narration of male voice was off putting. I concur with others that it would have been better without the accents. Or If it was done as a duet narration. Still I'm very happy and off to check out another of CW's books🤗

Enjoyable Read
