If you like badass warrior fmc's that are shrouded in secrets then you will love this series.
I just found the male narrator to be somewhat off putting. He took weird pauses occasionally and was not really emphasising the correct parts of sentences for the story to make sense in some parts. I felt it detracted from the experience but the audiobook is still really enjoyable.

Can't wait for the rest if the series to come to audio.

I loved an fmc that being underestimated and she proves them all wrong. This book is all that and more. Victoria and Liam are fantastic in their performances.
