About this listen
The Cat Sitter series is about a 12-year-old girl named Cat. Each book represents a different month of the school year and during each month Cat takes on a different cat-sitting job. At the same time, each month Cat's teacher teaches the class a different poetry style. The listeners will learn this poetry process as well while listening to the story.
In this second adventure, Cat is taking care of a Black Bombay cat. A school boy taunts her that Black Bombay cats are cursed, and to watch out since it is Halloween time.
When bad luck continues to strike Cat, she begins to worry that maybe there really is a curse. In this book Cat and the listener learn to write a Diamante poem.
