The book hit a lot of personal notes for me and gave me time to reflect and understand myself better. It also made me understand that I am not unique with my thought she and doubts, even the dark ones. Thank you Isaac for the humor and your reading skills are not to be too either 😁 thank you.

Isaac shows a maturity beyond his years. I have recommended this book to my 21 year old son. And also to my wife.

Particularly for young men, there is a lot to relate to in this book. Isaac reveals his significant vulnerabilities in an honest and revealing way, and perhaps sets an example for men to be a little more honest with, and open about themselves.

In many regards, he is just a typical Aussie bloke, but he has clearly evolved further than that. His book speaks to the values of taking responsibility, loyalty, stoicism, hard work, virtue and brutal honesty, and he delivers those messages in a very entertaining way.

His humour can be a little edgy for some, but the book reveals that the man behind the comedy is not the man his distractors tell you he is. If you can see that in Better Man then there is no hope for you.

So, listen to it if you hate him, listen to it if you love him and listen to it if you need a little motivation to get off your ar$e and do something with your life.

As a young father of two boys now 18 and 19, I found myself throughout the book wishing I had a couple of this when I was thier age. Much of the thoughts and content I have learnt myself over the years, but found it extremely helpful and reassuring to hear. I will be buying both my boys a physical and audio copy of this book. I hope they read it and find it as help full and insightful as I did. Any young man looking to wrap his head around the modern world should read this, the world would be better off from it.
