About this listen

Three young men meet in university and form a lifelong friendship. Their pasts dictate the men they are, but their present shapes their future. What happens when these men meet the one person they are destined to be with? Can they fight their feelings and walk away? Or will they each succumb and learn the sweet agony of love?

Bentley is the leader of the group. He is uptight, formal, and cold. He's rgid and set in his ways, always following the same path. Until the day he stumbles upon her. Emmy brings with her spontaneity and light. The world she lives in is so different from his, yet he cannot control the draw to her. Nor can he explain the way she makes him feel. Happy. Protective. Loved. Contains mature themes.

Really enjoyed the story but narrators made the characters sound 20 years older which was off putting. It’s fine tho.

Good story : wrong narrator

This story was a great start to this series. The right woman brought out the man that was hiding inside. His past had made him emotionless, but she was his one.
Narration was awesome.

being billionaires I though they would heave figured it out earlier.
but great to see the alpha female holdiing het own.
the female narrator, I found didnt portray the alpha female like I felt the author wanted her to be. the voice was wet to grown up and lacked the innoncene she needed.
the Melle narrator did a better job I'm surprised to say.
goodt little story....short and sweet and oh if only we has billionaires like him fellow gals!!!!!

author didn't give the alphas much credit

Funny sad exciting Emmy and Bentley captured my attention from the first moment they met and I couldn’t put it down until the end. On to the next book in the series

Awesome

The book had potential even though I’m not a fan of instant love. But the plots are just uneventful and unnecessary really. The reason behind of the last plot are a bit childish and disappointing.

Could be better

narration from male character was painful, stilted and formal. The main female lead was lackluster at best. predictable, unimaginative. But mainly the narration rendered this unlistenable

painful Narration.
