After the love of his life is killed in 1998 by a stray bullet during a road rage incident, Beatus, a truck driver, roams the highways and cities of the country looking for a girl worthy of replacing the one he lost, praying and hoping God will have mercy on him. 21 years later, his prayer seems to be mysteriously answered by the appearance in his life of an exact replica of his deceased girlfriend.
