Really enjoyed this book and took a lot from it. I read this and Break Point by Ollie straight after each other and got so much put of them. Love how honest everything is.

Books are best when narrated by the author. Better again when they have lived it and believe it. Ollie's book is by far one of the best at actually caring about the reader and provides tangible advice on becoming 'battle ready' for life. Take heed of the exercises provided and pull yourself out of the hole. The only person who can change you is you. Build yourself up using this book as your manual.

One of the best audio books I have ever listened to and a must for everyone from every walk of life and age to listen to.

This book is well worth reading/listening to. When life throws you into the bushes, this book will help you guide yourself back onto the track. I feel that there is immense information inside for you to source, and help with life's journey. I will be reading/listening to Battle Ready multiple times, as there is alot to take in.. Enjoy!
