absolutely brilliant. I was so upset for this book to end. It had everything you want in a sapphic comedy romance and Lori Prince was perfect as always. Great character building, story depth, humour, ice queen and lovable romantic characters. I personally like a little more spice but the spice in this fut perfectly! Can we please get a follow up story Jae!

of course I had high expectations starting this book. It had to measure up to Jae's other amazing books. And it did just that. Loved it, I had quite a few laugh out loud moments and also a bunch of heartfelt moments too. This is another relisten that I will come back to in the future. Lori Prince does a phenomenal performance (as always) bringing this book to life.

I really enjoyed this new romance from one of the very best in the business. Jae takes popular tropes (ER Doc/Nurse, Ice Queen, Enemies to Lovers) and wrings fresh delights from them with her beautifully drawn characters, immaculate research, humour, generosity and great warmth. I particularly enjoyed the unexpected foray into the Fair Oaks Universe and (oh woe is me!) I may just have to go back now and re-listen to Angela Dawe's masterful narration of one of my all time favourite Jae romances, Not The Marrying Kind. Mentioning AD is not to slight Lori Prince, who does a great job with this narration too. Highly recommended, I would be surprised if Bachelorette Number Twelve doesn't end up being one of Jae's most loved books.
