Oh, Chef Michael...the cover of this complete series brought all the fantasies to life. Add in the way he fell for Alice from the first moment, and this was such a sweet and funny read.

Alice was so cute and innocent. Michael was so hot and loving. There aren't too many books that make me feel giddy, but this one did. I loved the nicknames and how perfect these two were together.

I really wanted to surround myself with this series and held off until the audio was also available. I was not disappointed. Chef's kisses 💋

Baby Cakes is a sweet and steamy collection of all three novellas in S.J. Tilly's Bite Series. It’s the perfect holiday treat for fans of her work or anyone who likes a spicy hallmark style book! The series combines romance and spice seamlessly, crafting an insta-love story between Michael and Alice that’s hard to put down. Set against the backdrop of a baking competition inspired by The Great British Bake Off, the novellas follow their romantic beginnings and early journey together. The chemistry and tension between the characters feel real and make the love-at-first-sight dynamic incredibly engaging.

With short chapters and a smooth pace, Baby Cakes is easy to binge-read. Michael and Alice’s relationship is full of sizzling tension and possessiveness, making this romance both spicy and a perfect escape from the everyday.

I really enjoyed these novellas. They were the perfect cozy read for a holiday evening. I highly recommend them to anyone who enjoys insta-romances that focus on the sweet discovery of a relationship without much angst.

The performances by Gomez Pugh and Callie Dalton really brought the characters of Michael and Alice to life! So good!
