This is an awesome story, the narration is fantastic. I cannot wait to read the next book. I highly recommend this book.

Awry has a universe so vividly imagined you can almost feel its threads—but the story struggles to keep pace. The intricate magic system and detailed world-building are fascinating, yet the plot meanders and only picks up near the end, setting up a cliffhanger.

Narrated by Felicity Munroe and Danny Gavigan, the audiobook brings the characters to life with clarity and distinction. Their performances make the FMC’s confusion, the MMCs’ brooding, and the magical world immersive—even when the pacing falters.

Relationships feel underdeveloped, and classic miscommunication tropes slow the story, but the duet narration makes exploring this rich, unique universe enjoyable. A strong listen for urban fantasy fans who love world-building.
