About this listen

The final novel in The Seven Sisters series is here. Narrated by Richard Armitage and Tuppence Middleton.

Spanning a lifetime of love and loss, crossing borders and oceans, Atlas: The Story of Pa Salt, co-authored by her son Harry Whittaker, draws Lucinda Riley's saga to its stunning, unforgettable conclusion.

Maia, Ally, Star, CeCe, Tiggy, Electra and their long-lost missing sister are gathered together for the first time, on board the Titan, to say a final goodbye to the enigmatic father they loved so dearly.

He has entrusted each of them with a clue to their past. But for every truth revealed another question emerges. How did Pa Salt amass his fortune? Why did he choose to adopt the sisters and why were they chosen from such different parts of the world? Have the answers been there all along, if only they had known where to find them?

The sisters must confront the idea that their adored father was someone they barely knew – and, even more shockingly, that his long-buried secrets may still echo through the generations today.

In this epic conclusion to the Seven Sisters series, everything will be revealed.

Tuppence Middleton returns to complete the sisters' story alongside Richard Armitage as Pa Salt.

Critic Reviews

A masterclass in beautiful writing (The Sun on The Sun Sister)
Delicious reading (Daily Mail on The Pearl Sister)
Captivating, magical, and heroic on the part of a son who has shown himself to have his mother’s writing talent and determination, Pa Salt and the Seven Sisters are now destined to forever be the ‘stars’ of a unique and classic time-travelling series
Another epic tale of love, loss and discovery (My Weekly on The Pearl Sister)
Heart-wrenching, uplifting and utterly enthralling. The Seven Sisters series is Lucinda Riley at the top of her game: a magical storyteller who creates characters we fall in love with and who stay with us long after we finish reading. Dazzlingly good. (Lucy Foley, bestselling author of The Hunting Party, on The Sun Sister)

The best I’ve ever experienced. The author tied up all the loose ends. I can’t imagine how the stories were so perfectly woven together. Love the characters and everything about the whole series.

Thank you to Harry Whittaker for taking on this awesome task so that Lucinda Riley’s epic series could be completed & we the readers could have resolution. I think Lucinda would have been proud & happy with the result. It was great to revisit all the previous stories in this from the origin perspective & with questions answered & new things to learn along the way. Always with the viewpoint of love & hope.

Interesting story

Might be hard to understand if read as a one off as it’s meant to be connected to its sister books. This climax to a long journey of smaller stories was right up there with my expectations. Congratulations to Riley’s son ….this was a seemless final book that your mother would’ve been so proud of you for completing. This series holds everything a reader could want from romance to murder and fortune telling to farming. So many countries, so many accents used by the narrators and oh so much research into history and customs. I have learned so much on these journeys that I’m indebted to you for a way to learn about so many wonderful things in history, so much easier to recollect facts when laced with emotion. I particularly loved the Irish history which mirrored my own ancestors plights. I also have a Swedish ancestors so Norway was particularly interesting too. I am a New Zealander so have loved seeing my country and Australia included. When the flute was played in this book it would have been nice to hear it in the background as a real tear jerk moment. Thank you again, I don’t know what I will have to look forward to reading now. So much value out of 24 hour books.

Fabulous ending to a series of top rate stories
