Great book for all who want to deepen understanding of leadership, communication and who want to grow.
The autor describes his situations where he applied empathy. These stories are great overwiev for understanding of what empathy is and what can be done with it but the real magic is in exercises chapters where you make empathy happen.

Poor content and delivery
Only read the first quarter of the book but struggled with very poor content and delivery - which was probably exacerbated by the content. Not recommended
