Publisher's Summary

Felicity Bolton finally feels like she has moved on with her life. She misses her friends and family back in Creswell Springs, but now she has new friends - a new family. She has found the peace that she lost the night she lost her unborn child. She would do anything to protect her newfound family, even if that meant facing the devil himself.

The minute Jet Hannigan walks back into her life that's exactly what she has to do.

Jet Hannigan is officially a free man. With his parole lifted he can finally do what he's been aching to do, go after the only woman who will ever own his heart. He's known where she is for months and has been impatiently waiting for the day he could reclaim her. What he wasn't expecting was to have to pull out the big guns and blackmail her into returning to Creswell Springs with him. With everything going on with Flick's boss, and the media circus surrounding the chaos, Jet thought the safest place for her was home where he and his brothers could protect her.

Instead he brings her home to a war zone.

Audio good, story disappointing

This bummed me out so hard! I expected so pills angst for this second chance and instead I got a ton of call backs to what was very clearly other series the author wrote I have no prior knowledge of. Because of that i was mostly lost and confused about all the names dropped and wasn’t as invested and I thought I would be in seeing Flick get what was hers.

Sexy

Great series and love the brothers and story, there was only one thing that got on my nerves more thank anything and it was when they referred to their women with the word “My Female” not sure why but that really irritated me every single time.

Interesting MC series with really great narration!

Second chance romance plus MC action equals a win. Felicity had a crush on her best friend’s brother Jet, but thought he wasn’t interested in her. He briefly shows interest, but breaks things off and then MC business makes the situation more complicated. The ongoing story of the Angel’s Halo MC makes this story even better. The audiobook narration is really good for this entire series, especially because each character has a different narrator. I highly recommend this whole series!!

True Heartbreak, Can A Heart Ne Mended?

The focus of this book is primarily Jet, once MC President, in prison for manslaughter for killing a man who killed his baby and destroyed his love. Felicity was Jet’s sister best friend, he lived but denied it. By pushing Felicity away he was losing her forever The story involves a rock band and their family and their heartbreak. He we revisit Hawk and Grace, and come to realize Raider also is denying love I real heartbreaking story with great narration

Strange and Different

While this series is not awful, I detest hearing women referred as my “female “. It is repeated throughout the series and leaves you with the impression that women are just a possession. As I listen, I wonder why the relationships are not more developed. It’s difficult to imagine 2 people being in love when the term of endearment is “my female”. Also, whoever is doing the male narration is very annoying. The voice is not natural. This book, ”Reclaimed”’ is very far fetched. The story is not developed well. Hopefully the next book will be better.

<sigh>

Problems with this one---who the H is Emmy and Nick?? Where did they come from? I apparently missed something somewhere along the way so I was lost until it was explained AFTER Emmy and Nick had a whole chapter. Not cool. I rewound several times because I kept drifting off and losing my place.. And Flick puts Jet at risk by asking him to off Emmy's ex? Yeah, that's love. Also, Too much "woe is me, nobody loves me cuz I'm an awful person" crap in this one (both Emmy and Flick). Maybe if you didn't put hits out on people....?? Actually, lets go back to the whole Flick/Jet thing......there wasn't enough emphasis put on their relationship in the beginning....he dumped her and then got with lots of other MC mamas in front of her. She runs off and hides for ages then asks him to do something that could put him away for life. Doesn't really give you reason to root for either one of them to get their HEA. Other pet peeves---- use of the word "female" (sounds like a thing instead of a person), use of the word "hog".... I'm pretty sure that's not used anymore. UPDATE: The last 2-3 chapters make up for the rest. Now ... can we just talk about the narrators? I have a problem with women these days and their squeaky voices---why? Just why? There is absolutely NOTHING sexy about a grown woman sounding like an 8 yr old Minnie Mouse!!! (Sorry Alexa, I know you're better than that). But when the F-bomb is dropped in that voice? No...just NO!!! Shew. I've gotten to Chapter 4 but that's as far as I'm going. On to the next book in the series.

Jet -SPOILER

This book was good. My only confusion was Felicity’s character. I know she’s been through a lot, but her character and actions through 99% of the book was annoying. That bothers me because I thought she was different.

Just as good the second time around!

I checked out Book 1 in this series, Angel's Halo, without realizing I had listened to the series before until I was a few chapters into it. The series is good enough that I decided it was worth a second listen and I am glad I did! If you have read this series on Kindle or paperback and don't think you should purchase or check out, through Audible Escape, think again. Any good book is even better on audiobook, if the right narrators are used, and they definitely are in this series!

Female narrators are awful...fast forward

These female narrators are awful. Their male voices are so bad, I have to fast forward. If these books weren't 'free' as audible escape... There is no way I could listen to them... Fast forward is your friend...
