If you’ve read all of Nix’s other stuff this will tide you over until whatever is next. Not quite up there with Sabriel but still full of charm, sturdy characters, realistic attraction and a unique magical system.

Never disappointed with the work of Garth Nix and this was no exception. Well constructed “other world” with enough hero’s and villains for a wonderful romp with the listener on the edge of their seat. Well done to the whole team behind Angel Mage.
