About this listen

A Primarchs Audiobook

Who better to relate the tale of Alpharius than the primarch himself? As he tells of his deeds, bear one thing in mind: nothing can be trusted when it comes from serpent's mouth.

Listen to it because:

I am Alpharius...and so are you.

The story:

Legends abound of the glorious - or infamous - deeds of the emperor's sons. Yet almost nothing is known of Alpharius, the most mysterious of them all, for the lord of the Alpha Legion is unparalleled in the art of obfuscation. Such are his gifts of secrecy and deceit that even his rediscovery has remained an enigma - until now. But when the tale comes from the serpent’s mouth, where do the lies end and the truth begin?

Written by Mike Brooks. Narrated by Jonathan Keeble.

I've been a Alpha legion fan since of learning of their shenanigans and thinking but having Alpharius speak in an Australian accent and working in a place called of Ozstra (or something) like that has sold me 😂

A really nice but short indepth into Alpharius character pre-heresay times. Wish there was more about the Alpha legion but that would spoil the mystery.
The only negative is that it could all be a lie.

Short and sweet inlook into Alpharius

Great story, and well written. Would have loved to have seen how the campaign with the dark angels progressed and how the twins interacted with the Lion.

Too short

Everything is a lie. Unless its the truth. A wonderful story about the primarchs of the least known legion. I enjoyed this story and whether it be truth or not I will enjoy it regardless and use the materials provided as basis for my own works. Well worth the purchase.

Deceptively brilliant

An incredible story revealing some detail on the most mysterious Primarch(s). I am disappointed to have finished the book after listening to the life of such an intriguing character.
