Sometimes love is closer to home than you think . . . The uplifting novel from the Sunday Times bestselling author of Sunny Days and Sea Breezes

Single mum and all-round superwoman Sally Freeman wants a better life for herself and her son, Charlie, so she sets about improving things for them. Just as her mission begins, enter Spencer Knight, who's offering Sally a ticket to a new life. He's got the looks, the charm—everything she could wish for. Bland Drivel

A boring and inane story with no reality whatsoever. Matthews has really plummeted to a dreadfully poor level of banality in this novel. Totally unlikely characters and unbelievable situations
The ‘scouse’ accent is boring to listen to and is made worse by poor prosody plus boring delivery of the text
Dreadful in every way
