Rollicking yarn well told

Great story set in colonial West Coast New Zealand. A good range of believable characters reflecting the range of different backgrounds that represented NZ settlers along with a smattering of indigenous people (1 actually, a boy). Mr Webster’s verbal portrayal of the different characters with their different accents is masterly - well done that man.
