While it makes sense for the MC to use Earth idioms given that he was reincarnated from into this new world and retained his memories of Earth however when shifting to the POV of other characters within the system world, character still use Earth comparisons and idioms such as "let the cat out of the bag" and "it was the size of a pony" (despite the books having made no other references to horses being a thing in this world). This is just a couple of examples which occur frequently throughout. This does break the immersion.
In addition, the narration does leave something to be desired, the range of voices the male narrator has is really good making it easier to differentiate the character POVs however the female narrator makes all of the female character sound the same. Furthermore the dialogue for the female characters is pretty much the same between them, if we weren't told who's POV it was, there would be no way to figure out which POV you are listening to. The other problem with the narration is that both narrators take weird breaks throughout there sentences, almost as if they were adding commas and periods in for no reason, breaking the flow and sometimes making it difficult to follow.
if you look past all of this, the story is quite interesting and overall is a unique take on the LitRPG genre with the MC starting as a baby and growing into their power. The story develops well across the books.
Good story overall but some issues break immersion.
