Publisher's Summary

Advanced Magic is the final part in the Course in Manifesting trilogy - a complete course in becoming creator of your own exceptional life. In these three books I outline the exact steps that enabled me to move my own life from one of poverty and drudgery, to one of previously unimaginable wealth, purpose, and joy.

"But Magic? I do hope you are joking!"

That's what I would have said, five or 10 years ago. I once despised all things "New-Age", all these spiritual types and their airy-fairy views, their bad science and their irrational beliefs.

I read all the New Thought and Law of Attraction greats, Wallace Wattles, Anthony Robbins, Rhonda Byrne, Napoleon Hill, Esther Hicks, and Wayne Dyer. But no matter how closely I followed their instructions for manifesting love, money or happiness, I couldn't make it work.

It was only when I recognized, accepted and finally embraced that what I was doing was actually some kind of Magic that suddenly things began to fall into place. Once I realized that the power came from within me, it was as if the light had suddenly been switched on and my manifestations began to work. I learned how to manifest money and love, but I also learned how to be happy, truly happy.

If you're jaded by the whole New Age Law of Attraction idea, have become bored by its failure to deliver... these books are for you.

It is my intention to lead you by the hand through a marvelous journey of wonder and adventure. Part one of this course, Becoming Magic, laid the groundwork for becoming a magical person, while the second book, Doing Magic, offered concrete techniques and instructions for bringing wonderful things into your life.

Exceptional

Well Genius Genevieve has done it again. Thanks you so much for this fabulous book. I have read dozens of books on this area. And the results have varied. But this book makes so much sense that one intuitively knows it's right. And you could not get a better narrator than Fiona. Congratulations.
I thinks it's good to get the eBook together with the narration as it makes for perfect revision. This is just what you need to keep you up all the time. Like the book, the audio is so cheap. When I wondered about paying the extra for it,I had to say to my self: "For goodness sake, it less than coffee and cake and a whole lot better for me".

Her angle of teaching LOA is unique and valuable

I thoroughly enjoyed and absolutely loved this audiobook, Advanced Magic. I even wrote to Genevieve Davis to thank her for this and for the previous 2 books, which I did not get because I feel that I am a fairly proficient magician already. But she did have some information to share in this one that was diffrent and new to me. I hope Ms. Davis will gift the world with more of her books and audiobooks. Her angle of teaching LOA is unique and valuable.

Old news

It was basically like her second book reinforced all over again. I wish she put something new in this book.

Advanced Magic III

Would you listen to Advanced Magic again? Why?

Yes, as it reinforces the criticality of working on negative programming prior to the application of LOA.

What did you like best about this story?

The reinforcement of working on the Self, if we are to work on or even believe in our own "Magic"

Have you listened to any of Fiona Hardingham’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

No.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

No.

Any additional comments?

Purchased all three of Ms Davis' Magic Books. Quite easy listening and application. While some see them as redundant, they are very useful, as they hit on the crucial fact of working on some simple basics prior to taking on the much broader magical task of creation and applying the Law of Attraction.

Excellent for the sophomore LOA practicers

Finally a book that takes LOA to the next level of practice. Most LOA books do lay down the basics, but stop there. If you've heard them all, it may be time to listen to this book.

wonderful stuff<br />

This author really knows how to tell it strait. She has a softer kind of tough love that says "If you want to use this magic you have to work at it." Her instructions are very easy to understand and apply to your own life.

Getting to the Meat and Potatoes of what we Know

I had to laugh when the author said "you probably thought you could write a book just like this." I've been reading about and practicing the Law of Attraction for many years. I love how she gets to the "meat and potatoes" of it without all the fluffy stories in between. I was looking for something to help me realize my magic consistently and this series does just that. I love her straight forward approach and bullet point information. If I were to write a series, it would be just like this one. Thank you Genevieve.

Very good . . .

If you could sum up Advanced Magic in three words, what would they be?

Helpful New perspectives

What does Fiona Hardingham bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Actually I found the narrators accent a challenge to get used to

Any additional comments?

Has some excellent points and suggestions

Brilliant Series of Books

What made the experience of listening to Advanced Magic the most enjoyable?

Bought all 3 of the series plus the "Becoming Rich" audio book.

I have been student of LOA/Magick books for quite a fews years, having read Charles Haanel, The Kyballion, Wayne Dyer, Neville Goddard, Reginald Regardie, studied Kabbalah etc etc....

I will say studying any of the aforementioned books/authors to be a very good grounding and maybe a necessary process to build a big/true picture.

What Genevieve achieves is something none of the above has achieved...She pulls everything together and makes the whole jigsaw fit and slot into place in a simple..easily understood manner, finally solidifying what is or can be a lifetimes learning.

For the 1 star reviews I suspect they haven't really grasped the whole concept yet and need more reading from other sources. I can see why some may find the information to to go on a bit with no meat to any new techniques, but to do so is completely missing the point of these books, they fill a hole left by most exponents in this genre.... a very necessary hole whereby most people will struggle to progress past and thus fail to progress on their maigical journey in this life.

A must have series for new initiates and old hands alike.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Advanced Magic?

The whole series was exceptional.

What does Fiona Hardingham bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?

Very easy and natural to listen to,

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Everything about this series will open up new windows you knew were there but couldn't see yet.

Any additional comments?

Just buy it!

Almost content-free

What would have made Advanced Magic better?

Some content?
This is just waffle and revision. Nothing new at all. The author spends the whole first part (yes! 4 or complete chapters!!) talking about what the book will deliver. Then the 2nd part is entirely comprised of revision, from the first two books, which I admittedly didn't rewad as I've already read plenty of similar.

What was most disappointing about Genevieve Davis’s story?

What story?

How could the performance have been better?

The narrator had a very strange and somewhat irritating way of misplacing emphasis. It happened so often that I found myself mentally resaying the sentence in what seemed to be the 'correct' way (the way I would have read it, and took it to mean) rather than hearing what she said next.
I assumed the narrator had neitehr read the book prior to delivery, nor understood the meaning.
Curious.

You didn’t love this book--but did it have any redeeming qualities?

There were one or two very helpful and concise points which would help the reader/listener condense the wealth of similar info out there into usable ideas. But without having read the first 2 books (I admit), I strongly believe there was nothing here that she hadn't previously said.
Just recapping and padding.

Any additional comments?

Don't bother.

Amazing positivity!

Would you listen to Advanced Magic again? Why?

I have listened to this book again and again. I feel it already has brought positive results in my life and whenever I 'loose' it, I go back to it.The fact that it is a short book makes it so much more fun to hear because the things involved are very serious to be listening for a longer time. It is to the point and great for anyone wanting to change their life.

Good content and different slant on maifesting

Would you try another book written by Genevieve Davis or narrated by Fiona Hardingham?

No. Genevive definitely has something to offer but I found her a bit too patronising, and Fiona Hardinham's voice is still ringing in my ears weeks after ending this book. She has a lovely voice but in my opinion would be better suited to with childrens books.

Would you be willing to try another book from Genevieve Davis? Why or why not?

Same as above

What did you like about the performance? What did you dislike?

likes the very clear instructions on manifesting, disliked the superior posture of author and narrator

If this book were a film would you go see it?

no

Patronising delivery, sales pitch and regurgitated material

This felt like a long sales pitch for the author's previous books. The narration felt very patronising, rather like listening to a children's book but, not in a good way.
