About this listen
Jack Kornfield's A Path with Heart has been acclaimed as the most significant book yet about American Buddhism—a definitive guide to the practice of traditional mindfulness in America today.
On this audio edition, Kornfield teaches the key principles of Buddhism's cherished vipassana (insight) tradition, and puts them into direct service, with the unique needs of the contemporary seeker in mind.
My further on my quest of loving kindness and leading from the heart.
In the book, Jack leads you to understand interfaith wisdoms and Chapter 3 which includes the guided instructional meditation practice of forgiveness is incredibly powerful. A saving grace for me, when I fell from grace. With loving kindness, and the practise of forgiveness, which is a significant spiritual life lesson, I found my way to this book. I have reread it several times. Highly recommended.
