Publisher's Summary

A new world is coming...if we can take it.

First, there was Communion, the biggest best seller about alien contact ever published. Now, after 33 years of having what he calls "the visitors" in his life, Whitley Strieber returns with a new vision of contact that has the power to change the world.

The strange entities he wrote about in Communion have been in the lives of the close encounter witnesses now for a generation, but they have remained hidden from most of us. They are ready for that to change. But it’s up to us.

From A New World:

As science advances, we are finding that the universe is far larger and more complex than we ever imagined, and mysterious beings like our visitors, which we dismissed as imaginary, are turning out to be real. This is calling to all of us to find a new life - a new world - in which they play a part.

As we are coming to realize that they are real and here, we also find ourselves asking the question that Col. Philip Corso asked so long ago when he found himself facing them: “What’s in it for us?”

They want to join us. They need us, but more importantly, we need them - their wisdom and their insight into the peril of our world and how to ensure our future.

Dare we open our door to them?

fascinating, thought provoking, incredible!

I listen to it again and again, and let it soak into my mind. Mr. Strieber has such an extraordinary ability to articulate what contact with the Visitors is like and what to be prepared for should you come into contact with them. I myself lack ability to articulate the full spectrum of topics he explores within the pages of this extraordinary book, but I cannot say enough good things about it! You will just have to listen for yourself. I can assure you that it is well worth the read/listen. Thank you, Mr. Strieber, for giving us this soul striking, illuminating and thought provoking experience!

Helping to Save Our Precious Planet--NOW!

I listened to this book over one whole night. I have read Communion & Transformation as paperbacks, and understand the author's combination of fascination, fear, and intellectual investigation. I have never had a (conscious) experience of the Visitors, that I know of, yet, from the many experiences and descriptions I've read I believe with my whole heart that (1) they are as real as we are, and (2) they are trying EXTREMELY DILIGENTLY TO HELP US SAVE THE IMMENSE AND BEAUTIFUL PROLIFERATION OF LIFEFORMS THIS PLANET REPRESENTS -- A PLANET OF FREE WILL. They are trying within the restrictions of the "1st Law" -- and thus must be asked for help, & not rejected. I love MrStreiber's willingness to write about our "amimal-level" fear, as well as the interest & the HOPE. THIS BOOK IS POSITIVE. I cant wait to read consciously, the parts my ears heard while I was asleep! According to Dolores Cannon's work in hypnosis, of which I am a beginning practitioner, WE OURSELVES have had other lifetimes as non-Earth, fully-conscious beings. Mr Streiber's "communion" rocks the mind, preparing us ever more swiftly for contact. We need him. Please read him!

For Seekers, Meditators, & Futurists

Very good reading for the pandemic, where there is time to seriously consider what we must do to make the necessary changes in order to survive the changes in power, economy, and climate. Whitley Strieber has grown as a writer and as a person since his early nonfiction work about other world,, or alien contact. Here, he is more open about his personal meditation practice (over the last 50 years) and what it means to have a rich and developed spiritual life. As a general rule, we are able to accept that intuitives and even psychics exist, and that some people can make some kind of contact with those who have passed on. Religious devotees accept stories of miracles and the super natural which have been reported globally over centuries. Reading this book from that perspective helped me to read Strieber's reports and insights with more depth and consideration. With so much at stake (access to clean water, food production, climate change, jobs, medical care, balance of power, and recently renewed nuclear testing), developing any spiritual practice that could access wisdom and inspire solutions deserves our immediate attention. I highly recommend this book to everyone who is willing to having their concepts about the depth and mystery of human life and the meaning of contact with aliens and other worlds changed.

Wonderful if you understand Whitley

I have been reading Strieber since 1990 and am constantly impressed with his selfless honesty that cares not what people will think of him. He simply reports what he has experienced. If you like his other books this is an important read.

Valuable insights and wisdom.

As always with Whitley's non-fiction accounts of his powerful mystical and spiritual experiences with the visitors, I was fascinated and impressed. Both by the type of experiences Whitley has had throughout his life and by his insights on the phenomena. Profound in its implications, Whitley's work is a must for all seekers and anyone interested in the paranormal, spirituality or science.

Fascinating reading

This was a fascinating book. It wasn’t at all what I expectedly as I wasn’t familiar with the author from his past books. However, once it began I couldn’t stop listening.

Expected more

It was at once interesting and frustrating- I love this stuff but I was not hearing much that I’d not heard before and in that sense it failed to hit a mark. Whitley Strieber seemed overly conservative in his approach to conclude anything - which he openly said as much and yet...isn’t the whole point of hearing someone’s experience more whole when you take into consideration their thoughts and conclusions....toward the end it was just miss firing on too many levels and failing to provide some sense of conclusion - for me I just didn’t get the point of it. Unfortunate since I had such high expectations...

The Author Should Be Ashamed of Himself

Hours and hours of BS and repeating plus using terms like very, very or many, many just to make the book longer one must assume. And its all over the place too. Nonsense seriously.

FANTASTIC RECORDING!

This is a very difficult subject ro covey accurately because like all things in life it is dependent on the experiencer. The author is the narrator and the message is honest and consistent. The information herein is invaluable to someone with similar experiences or of similar interests and the author whiltley striber's website can offer more depth to the story(s) and bring clarity to the confusion of why these intrusions happen to us.

WTF - I LOVE WHITLEY STRIEBER

A summation of a lifetimes interaction with what he calls 'the visitors' and 'high-strangeness' this book has left me confused, frustrated, and amazed, all at once. I some ways I wish I'd never listened to it because my brain wouldn't be throbbing now, but it also wouldn't be thinking fantastic, intriguing thoughts at ten to the dozen. You can't get better than this from anyone else. I love Whitley Strieber!
