Great history and representation of the war and the slaves….so hard to believe that anyone could consider slavery ok.

This book had me hooked from beginning to end. It is the third in a trilogy but could be read alone although I'd recommend books one and two. History , romance , faith building and I learnt so much. Simply inspirational. I was wanting it not to end. This author is highly recommended. Don't hesitate to read this and all her other stories. Thanks :)
