Summary

This has been my favorite book in this series, I loved the look back at other books. But my very favorite part was Jeremy being a great Dad and how much he loved he loved Emmeline.

It’s my least favourite book by Alice Coldbreath, frankly. Her Karadok and Prizefighter series are just brilliant, but this one was somehow lacking. I hope the next book in this series will be better. I usually enjoy the audiobooks by this author, but I really disliked the narrator for this particular book. The voice doesn’t suit the story, the intonations are weird, and there’s far too much whispering. It was really hard to listen to. I hope the second book will be narrated by a different voice actress.

Production apalling maybe someone or something edited out all the sex scenes by accident
