This is my favourite book by Harper Bliss to date. Great depth of characters and an interesting storyline which touched on different people’s perspectives when placed in a very difficult situation. Great build up between Kate and Stella. Extremely hot.

Wife is left to live at mother-in-laws home due to renos at their home. In doing so, she is forced to interact with sister-in-law.

A Family Affair……. This book put undermining a current relationship into a new level of grey. Before this book, cheating for me was black and white. However, after reading this book, it made me look at the topic from a different angle, from the offending party’s POV. Even though the characters did not go at it as “proper” as they should have, it was the messiness of it that made the book more relatable as a human being since we’re all just messy creatures trying to get by.

Just starting to get into Harper Bliss love that she’s using Abby as a narrator award winning performance as usual. I like the writing, although the intimate scenes can and do leave a lot to the imagination because there’s not much there and I would like a little bit more but overall it’s good.
