I love that it was enemies to lovers and the way the writer could make them have these intense intimate moments without actually getting together to quickly so you would get the element of intimacy and romance/spice but not lose the tension and banter and chemistry. Letting the feelings build all the while getting the spice! It was great! The storyline was really interesting and the end twist is awesome. I didn’t see that coming!
There’s some long winded conversations and inner dialogue, but I couldn’t put the book down and had to make myself go to sleep at 2:30am! I saw this book posted on Instagram from the author which usually wouldn’t be enough for me to read it without recommendations, but the cover was stunning and the storyline sounded good so I bought it and am so glad I did! I really enjoyed the female narrator too!
Love that there’s magic in it and of course love me a Fae prince! Their bond is just so deep and pure and true and I really love both the FMC and MMC!
Off to read book 2!
