Meh. It was ok but I wouldn't rave about it.

This won't be everyone's cup of tea. It's slow, in that classic literary coming of age tale way, but still fairly well written. I found the narration disconnected me from the story from time to time, as either she tried an accent and it wasn't right, or sometimes the voice just got too monotonous.

It read a bit like Catcher in the Rye. Never liked that book, didn't really like this one.
