That was amazing. I am very new to the concept of real estate investment and there was so much to take in from this book. Plus, as someone from a low to middle-class background, Eddie's story and how he managed to stand up on his feet at a younger age and from a less financially stable position is a true eye-opener and inspiration. I will listen to it a few more times while I frugally save up some capital.

Congrats on a great personal result, but as someone who has helped build over 5000 property plans and 4000 property purchases, I think the reader is also entitled to understand more about the risks and additional effort involved. Such as tenant qualify, additional maintenance for older existing properties and a better explanation of below market value, as a property’s value is what a willing buyers is prepared to pay a willing seller at that time. Sure it might be below the value of typical comparative stock, but it doesn’t make it below market value.
Your story will inspire others and is inspiring considering where you started in life and the hard work you put in to achieve financial freedom- well done.
