Publisher's Summary

Five Henry Bins thrillers in a single volume.

3:00 a.m.

Henry Bins has Henry Bins - a sleeping disorder, named after him. He wakes up at 3 a.m. and falls asleep at 4. Life is simple - until he hears a woman scream and sees a man leave the house across the street. But not just any man: the President of the United States.

3:10 a.m.

Henry hasn't seen his mother in 30 years. Now she's been found - at the bottom of the Potomac River. Henry soon learns everything he thought he knew about his mother was a lie. And that maybe his condition wasn't the reason she left all those years ago. Because Sally Bins was a spy.

3:21 a.m.

Henry Bins has traveled 3000 miles to see the sun. On June 21st in Fairbanks, Alaska, sunrise is at 3:07 a.m. Fourteen minutes later, 800 people will be dead.

3:34 a.m.

Was Henry really one of the CIA Sleep Control Program's first experiments? If his mother had caused his condition, could she reverse it? In his search for answers, Henry learns that everything - his condition, his parents, even the President-are linked by one thing: Project Sandman.

3:46 a.m.

Saturday, February 27, 2016. 3:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. It's the wedding that everyone has been waiting for.... What could possibly go wrong?

Creative fiction! Fun fiction!

The two words that best describes this series of five short novels are EXTREMELY WEIRD. Protagonist Henry Bins has Henry Bins disease which means he is awake for only one hour daily from 3 AM until 4 AM. I suspect the genre that best fits the series is humor, but a case can be made for political thriller. The author deserves 5 stars on creativity alone. In any case I recommend the series. Narration by Jamie Renell is extraordinarily good.

Author Nick Pirog is a very accomplished author of mystery/thriller fiction. His Thomas Prescott series is outstanding.

Fun!

Left me wanting more, more, more. What's going to happen to Henry Bins dad? Will Henry's condition continue forever?

Always entertaining

After listening to a rash of formula mystery fiction, this was a breath of fresh air. Well written and great narration.

Certainly looking forward to the next installment. Really great series. Narration was terrific and the storyline is just crazy enough to be interesting.

Great story but needs some research on some parts

I really enjoy Nick Pirog’s stories. Very enjoyable and fun. However, there are quite a few scenes where incredibly unrealistic things occur. Case in point - a car that has WiFi when all the cell towers are down or a nail gun that shoots nails through the air both straight and with enough force to stick a bad guy. Especially when there is no air tank involved. Just saying...

Boring

Never got to finish this book. The only good thing about it is the narrator. Managed to get two thirds through , then thought why am I bothering? The story is farcical to say the least. I'm not going to try and describe the story. couldn't find one. Mostly about government torture camps in the USA. Don't waste a credit on this.

I loved this!

I'm glad I bought the entire series in one go as I couldn't stop listening. How Henry communicated with his cat is brilliant. The cat (Lassie) is a huge character and helps solve the puzzles along with Henry. If anyone can explain what happened at the end with Richard I'd be grateful as I clearly missed something key and don't understand what the outcome means. either way loved it.

Surprisingly enjoyable

Bought this not expecting to enjoy it as much as I did!

You fall in love with Henry and Lassie instantly. In fact you actually believe a cat can talk!

Really hope new ones come out as I’m desperate to see what happens next.
