If you’re an Audible Premium Plus member, you may be eligible to pause your membership once every 12 months, for up to 90 days. While your membership is on pause, you won’t be billed your monthly membership fee.
If you subscribed on the Audible website, you can see your plan options from your Account details or contact customer care to switch memberships. If you’ve subscribed directly in the Audible app, you need to visit your app account subscription settings to see if other plans are available.

If you live in Australia or New Zealand and have a current Audible US or Audible UK account with a default credit card on file, you can transfer your account and membership to the Audible AU marketplace.

When contacting Audible Customer Care, please have the following information available:
  • Last 4 digits of any cards associated with the account showing the charge;
  • Date of charge;
  • Amount of charge;
  • The 9-digit code found on the Audible charge, e.g., MB3TM39P00; and
  • Your name, e-mail address, and phone number.
