Stephen Wilson is managing partner and co-founder of management consultancy Wilson Perumal & Company. He works with senior leadership teams in businesses and private equity firms in North American and Europe, advising them on critical strategy, operations, and innovation questions. Stephen has 20 years of experience working across industry, and has written extensively on the topics of growth strategy, cost-competitiveness, and organizational development, and on the issue of how to compete in today’s complex world. His latest book is Growth in the Age of Complexity (McGraw-Hill, 2017). He is also co-author of Waging War on Complexity Costs, and Conquering Complexity in your Business, both published by McGraw-Hill. He holds an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from The Wharton School.
