Have you ever been diagnosed with an illness that you didn't have? That is where I found my passion for RESEARCH. Whatever kind of MD I went to, I felt as though they put their thumb up and took a guess of what it could be. So, that must be why Doctors call it a practice. In my lifetime, I had always taken the initiative to get to my body’s WHY and WHAT was happening. With the information I had collected, I asked many questions. Doctors hated it because I knew a lot about illnesses that most people didn't. You must... whom better to know your own body than yourself, I thought. I also see how the world has become unnecessarily overloaded with prescription medications, and ultimately it is not a solution; it is only masking the symptoms, causing even bigger problems. Sadly, the sick aren’t getting better, they are prescribed more and more medications every day, and before you know it, You now have a drug store on your hands. Research takes time a determination, so when you are ill or battling an unknown illness, Research it and don’t give up. Journal for your health. I am very excited about the first book I have written, and I feel we need to take more accountability for our health. :-). This year I am working on writing my second book.
