Dr. Piyush Baindara is an emerging research scientist at the Department of Molecular Microbiology and Immunology, School of Medicine, University of Missouri, Columbia. He is the lead author of multiple research articles that have been published in reputed peer-reviewed scientific journals. Before moving to Columbia, he was serving as research associate at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Little Rock. He pursued his bachelor’s degree in Agriculture at GBPUAT, Pantnagar, known as “The harbinger of the green revolution in India”.
He later started his research career at the School of Life Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi and then earned his doctorate from the CSIR–Institute of Microbial Technology, Chandigarh.
