First and Foremost Thank You Very Much for Visiting my Author Page! My name is Zayden (Oz) McTatey and I go by my nickname, Oz. I'll tell you openly that having lived in New York during 9/11, our lives were forever changed. The day after 9/11 we began the journey of being personally prepared as well as placing ourselves in a position that would allow us to help others. Prepared for what you may ask? The answer is anything that could impact or change the life of my family and I regardless of how long the event last. That could include Electromagnetic pulse, Cyber Warfare, Financial collapse, Pandemic (COVID-19, Flu, SARS, Ebola), Natural disasters (Forest Fire, Tornado, Earthquake), or other things I simply can't fathom. I’m not paranoid by any means but as a Navy veteran with three Master degrees, I’ve seen, studied, and experienced events no one could have predicted. Events that changed and at times devastated entire populations. “Normalcy” is the world’s most dangerous word. I’ve written 10 books on the topic of preparedness to include works of fiction and non-fiction. My most recent publication is entitled ‘The E.M.P.
