Mary Oquendo calls Danbury, Connecticut home. She is however, moving to the Pacific Northwest by mid 2019 and retire from pet grooming. Mary will teach and write full time at that point. Mary's focus is to provide the pet professional with the tools, knowledge, and courage to step out of their boxes and into their dreams. Mary has been involved in the pet industry for the last 20 years and has been recognized by the pet industry in her role as educator and leader. The current crew of the Oquendo household include: Spirit- blind dog and demo dog extraordinaire. He travels with Mary to professional pet conferences. Speedy G and Cecil. Otherwise known as the ChiWeenie Brothers. Pooh Bear who resides in Mary' s sweatshirt. And The Wind Beneath My Wings. Hubby of 40 years: Ernesto.
