I have been an illustrator and author since the age of nine. When my first grade assignment was to write a story about 'What I Did Last Summer' I was captivated with the idea of writing a story and then being able to draw an illustration for it. When my mother created the family publishing business, 4 Oak Books in 2009 I was thrilled to have a job of doing just that.
I continue to think about a new fiction title about every five seconds. When I get stuck in one story, I draw an illustration for it, and then I'm out writer's block. When I find the time to relax I think I come up with yet another story...
