JAY DOBYNS is a highly decorated federal agent who's worked for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) for twenty-seven years. He achieved worldwide notoriety as one of history's most successful undercover operators during high-octane missions targeting America's violent crime.
