Hrund Gunnsteinsdottir is an Icelandic author, speaker, film maker and sustainability leader who brings together ideas and people across sectors, cultures and disciplines to inspire creative mindsets, well-being and constructive solutions. A firm believer that change starts from within, she draws on her broad-based and global experience ranging from sustainable businesses, awareness raising and impact projects, post-conflict reconstruction and development with the United Nations, advisory role, film making, the arts to various roles in the private and public sectors where she has led innovative projects. Hrund is passionately curious about the human spirit, and transformation of systems and people to create flourishing futures for people and the planet. She is an Advisory Council member at Yale’s International Leadership Centre and has been recognised for her work as a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader and Cultural Leader and Yale World Fellow. She has qualifications from Yale, Harvard Kennedy School, the London School of Economics and Political Sciences, Oxford Said Business School and the University of Iceland.
