Holt Condren is a successful entrepreneur, author, adventurer, and gifted storyteller. He founded the Ink Team in 1988, which specializes in designing and decorating apparel for organizations across America. In 2025, Ink was recognized in the Inc. 5000 as one of the fastest growing private companies in America. As an adventurer, Holt served as the lead mountaineer on a team of scientists and archaeologists exploring Turkey’s Mount Ararat, searching for scientific evidence of the true location of Noah’s Ark. His team's journey is featured in the 2015 documentary Finding Noah. Holt’s book, Surf the Woods, chronicles his many adventures and the lessons learned about living a God-inspired life. Leveraging his unique blend of business acumen and adventurous spirit, Holt co-founded Surf the Woods, an organization dedicated to helping others confront their fears and pursue their God-inspired dreams. He is a proud father of six and currently resides in Little Rock, Arkansas, with his wife, Sara.
